How to Fix Bad Breath Immediately
downloadables If you are at the dinner table with your date or friends or with a potential client and suddenly you realise that your breath is bad, here’s what you can do to fix your bad breath on the spot:
1. Order a dish that comes accompanied by basil, ginger or mint leaves. Chew on any of these for instant refreshment.
2. Drink water and ask for lemon to be included in it. Squeeze as much of the lemon into the water as possible. This will help cover up the odor.
3. Order a Waldorf salad and request additional apple. Apples can remove any pieces of stuck food in your teeth that may be causing the bad breath.
4. Leave for the bathroom. Ask the waiter to kindly bring you a little bit of salt for medicinal purposes. Gargle it to get rid of the odor. It is more efficient if combined with baking soda.
Other good breath fresheners to have in your bag or pocket include mints, ginger candy, ginger cookies, chewing gum etc.
